Despatch dates/times Orders are despatched daily Monday to Friday. Orders received before 1pm are despatched same day. Orders received after 1pm will be despatched the following working day.
Delivery locations Orders are despatched to all UK locations.
Delivery method and costs All orders will be despatched via UK Mail. For UK mainland the cost is inclusive in the product price. For Highlands, Islands and N Ireland an additional carriage cost will be shown at checkout. For shipping to any other destination please contact us on 0845 838 1678.
Tracking deliveries All despatches are acknowledged by email together with a tracking number and a link to track your order. If, for any reason, you will not be in to receive your parcel then please inform us immediately on 0845 838 1678. Multiple attempts to deliver your parcel may incur extra cost.
Goods damaged in transit On receipt of goods please immediately inspect them to ensure no damage in transit. Recycling packaging material Goods are despatched in mixed materials, cardboard whenever possible. These can be disposed of or recycled at your local waste centre.
