Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled and goods returned within 14 days of receipt as long as they are returned to us unopened and undamaged.

Please call us on 01943 870395 or email hello@kbdabfm.uk for a returns number prior to returning any goods. Ensure you include this number, together with your name, address and a contact telephone number, when returning the goods.

Cancelled orders that have been received by you must be sent back via a guaranteed traceable service to ensure their safe delivery. No liability can be accepted for the return of cancelled orders if they are not despatched via this method.

If the goods are faulty, damaged or not as ordered, they are covered by our Returns Policy and we will refund the cost of return shipping. Orders cancelled and returned due to being placed incorrectly are liable for return shipping costs as well as the initial outward shipping costs.
